BOXING BLAST
A fast paced workout on bags with motivating music to get your heart pumping.

EVERY class is different and when you walk on the mats you will never know what Kay will throw at you!

Punches in Bunches, Combos, Skip Knees, Kicks, Bodyweighted exercises that might include squats, push ups, sit ups, lunges, burpees, plank & v sit to name just a few movements.

Boxing Blast is always a motivating class and our most POPULAR.  

CIRCUIT BOXING
A quick 30 minute class involving boxing and a variety of equipment based exercises. The class will be fast paced, have you puffing and will be over before you know it!   
50/50 CLASS
Is a combined class based on our very popular Boxing Blast class (a cardio style boxing into bags for fitness) & our Fight Strength Class (based on strength & conditioning utilizing kettlebells, trx’s & weights).

50/50 is fantastic for all fitness levels and ideal for both men & women.
The best of 2 Classes rolled into 1.    

BOXING BLITZ
is a new fast paced high intensity boxing for fitness class that will have your heart pumping and sweating.

The 30 minute class is designed to be non stop and will be over before you know it!

KIDS MUAY THAI
Ideal for kids between the ages of 8-12 year’s old to learn this traditional martial art in a fun way.

There are many advantages to children learning Muay Thai including
-Self Discipline
-Boost socialisation skills
-Encourages physical activitiy
-Learn to set and achieve goals
-Increase self esteem
-Instills respect
-Improves listening skills
-Develops teamwork


STRONGMAN TRAINING
Is suitable for everyone. This is a fun class that each week will teach you a new element of Strongman movements. Strongman training will help improve your abdominal wall and lower back, increase your grip strength and assist with gaining overall strength.

When strongman classes are performed regularly you will benefit from increased functional strength and melt away body fat.

Equipment we use:
Atlas Stones, Yolk, Logs, Farmers Carry
Sandbags, Tyre, Kegs, Duck Walks,
Circus Dumbell &Husafell

FITNESS 4 U
Each Saturday Kay will run a class based around the clients that turn up and program according to the class numbers.
It may include boxing, cycle, strength and certainly lots of conditioning.
    Basically a         "SURPRISE"


CYCLE CLASS
A great cardio workout – Pedal through hills and mountain climbs & sprints with motivating music and your instructor Kay who has been teaching Cycle classes for nearly 10 years.

MEN 4 FIGHTING FIT

Is one of our most popular programs for men who are concerned about their health, stress levels and really want to lose a few centimetres around the belly.
The program incorporates Boxing for Fitness, & Conditioning workouts.
Every session is different to ensure you get the most out of your workout. Kay also often incorporates her love of strength training and fight training with regular tests over the 10 weeks including the 2 hour challenge at the end of the program.

5.15 am starts x 3 times a week can be tough but the class and the guys are ideal if you are an early riser or have family commitments in the evening.

The program runs 3 mornings a week a week starting at 5.15am for 45 minutes.

Beginners are encouraged and the only thing we ask is you bring your sense of humour, your commitment to getting fit and a towel – you will sweat a lot.   
 
LADIES ASPIRE PROGRAM

Combines Boxing, Kickboxing and Strength & Conditioning to offer you sessions that will get you stronger, healthier and fitter  all over


On Monday nights its Strength & Wednesday night boxing so that your sessions will always be different and varied – giving you an all over workout and breaking you out of your comfort zone and boosting your Motivation.
